Jim speaks frequently on metal finishing topics to design and materials engineers throughout the United States and Europe. He is a member of the board of directors of the International Hard Anodizing Association.

Guy Ellis, Vice President & CEO
Guy coordinates Nimet's independent sales representatives throughout the country in addition to being Nimet's chief operating officer.

W.C. (Butch) Funkhouser
Butch has been with Nimet since 1987, involved in all aspects of production. He is currently responsible for the preparation and maintenance of our ISO 9001 system. Butch also handles all pre- and post-process quality assurance issues and oversees the maintenance of the entire facility.

Frank Palfi
Frank is responsible for receiving all incoming orders, initial inspection of parts to be processed, establishment of part-processing plans and performing pre-process and part-process dimensional readings when needed. He has been at Nimet since 1980 and has been in the quality department since 1986.

Paul Ellis
Paul has been with us since 1997 as a process planner. He is responsible for receiving all incoming orders, initial inspection of parts to be processed, establishment of part-processing plans and performing pre-process and part-process dimensional readings when needed.

Lakesha Baker
Lakesha first joined Nimet in 1998. Since then, she has filled various roles in the customer service department. She is currently responsible for order entry and invoicing. Lakesha's desk is the first stop for all purchase orders that come into our production management system — the first step in Nimet's production process.

Steve Greve
Steve joined the Nimet staff in 2002, bringing with him 13 years of design and engineering experience. He worked for ten years in research and development for a tier-one electronic components supplier and three years as project engineer for a material-handling supplier. Steve graduated from Purdue University with a degree in computer-integrated manufacturing. At Nimet he is involved in all aspects of marketing and sales, including technical support, estimating and publishing our newsletter. Steve works directly with our engineers to identify the right custom application of coating.

Heather Meixel
Heather also joined Nimet in 2002 and brings 10 years of exceptional management, marketing and sales experience to our organization. Heather has a bachelor's degree in economics from Purdue University. She is here to assist you with technical questions, quotes, estimates and delivery/shipping requirements on existing or potential orders.

Robert Weaver
Robert is the real veteran of the sales team, having worked in various positions at Nimet since 1980. Robert was involved in production until 1986, when he moved over to the sales department. He still works closely with the production department, as well as with quality assurance. Robert is involved in all aspects of sales from customer service to tech support and estimating. Most of all, Robert enjoys working with Nimet's customers, applying his engineering skills to help solve specific design challenges.

Sue Gilmore
Sue joined Nimet in 1993 as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, President and Vice President. In addition to these duties she works directly with the Sales staff preparing quotes and sales letters and works with customers answering any order related question or problem they may have.

Jan Archer
Jan started with Nimet in 1990 as a part time employee in our order entry department and quickly moved into a full time position working in many Customer Service related positions. Jan's responsibilities include handling many of the day to day staffing issues including performing orientation for new hires. Jan works directly with customers answering any order related issues they may have including arranging for expedited services and shipping.
